Accreditations for Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, Northern Europe’s busiest business platform for film industry professionals, are now open!
Join us in Tallinn from 9–20 November as we celebrate the 25th edition of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event! This year’s programme will include inspiring conferences, panels, masterclasses, workshops, pitching sessions and much more.
Just before the main programme of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, Black Nights Film Festival and its industry-strand have the honour to co-operate with the World Congress of Science and Factual Producers, taking place in Tallinn for the first time during 9–12 November. As one of the leading international gatherings for the factual media community, the congress brings together producers, broadcasters, commissioners and other industry professionals to explore new approaches and emerging trends in communicating science, history and other subjects to audiences around the world. The event is organised by World Congress of Science and Factual Producers and this event requires separate registration.
The main programme of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event will take place during 13-20 November starting with Shorts@Industry from 13–15 November supporting next-generation filmmakers navigating the short film landscape.
16–17 November TV Beats Co-Financing Market will showcase the selected promising drama series projects. Running alongside it, TV Beats Forum, will bring together leading TV drama professionals from the Baltics, Nordics, and Central and Eastern Europe to discuss emerging trends, financing challenges, and successful approaches in the rapidly evolving series industry, while offering plenty of opportunities to network. TV Beats Screenings, taking place for the third time, will feature the freshest new drama series.
Just Film Industry Days will also return for its fourth year, running from 18–20 November. The programme focuses on children’s and youth films, offering pitching sessions, panel talks, case studies, presentations and more for professionals involved and interested in audiovisual media for young audiences.
As always, Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event will present many film projects in various stages. Baltic Event Co-Production Market as well as Script Pool will run from 18-20 November, being a meeting-place for feature films in development looking for co-producers, financiers and sales agents. Works in Progress and European Genre Forum will screen its selected projects on 19 November.
This year’s programme will also highlight the film industry of our Spotlight country Basque. Audiovisual, alongside a packed agenda of panel discussions, presentations, and fireside chats tackling the most pressing issues facing today’s audiovisual sector.
Discovery Campus programme will run from 17–20 November presenting more than 60 emerging film professionals to the international film industry. The programme includes Script Pool, Black Nights Stars, Music Meets Film, Black Room and Frame Within a Frame as well as Tallinn Industry Academy and Breaking Into The Industry.
Besides the closed events for the previously selected participants the programme will also include open lectures and masterclasses aiming to guide the emerging professionals and talents in their first steps in the international film industry.
To attend Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, participants must hold either an Industry PRO or Industry Student/Talent accreditation. A digital Industry PRO ONLINE accreditation is also available, providing access to a curated selection of recorded conferences, panels, and presentations.
Early bird price is 150€ for Industry PRO accreditation and 65€ for Industry Student/Talent accreditation.
