The Black Nights Discovery Campus is an international continuing education programme organised by the Black Nights Film Festival and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event (ITBE) in collaboration with leading international partners. It offers emerging film professionals an opportunity to expand their skills, complement their studies and take the next steps in their careers.
Participants can learn directly from experienced film professionals, gain practical insights into their chosen fields and build meaningful connections with mentors and fellow talents. Our official motto captures the spirit of the programme: Learn from the mistakes of our mentors, so you don’t have to make them yourself!

Each year, Discovery Campus welcomes around 70 emerging professionals and talents to its dedicated workshops and masterclasses.
By bringing together different areas of the film and creative industries, Discovery Campus creates a lively space for learning, exchanging ideas and making new connections. During the Black Nights Film Festival, participants can take part in hands-on workshops, live events and masterclasses led by talented and award-winning film professionals.
The programme also features a selection of open sessions, available to everyone with an Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event accreditation or Day Ticket.
The programme of the open sessions will be published in October.
