TV Beats Co-Financing Market is the drama series strand of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, taking place annually during the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. Inviting leading broadcasters, VOD platforms, producers, screenwriters, and other industry professionals, TV Beats is the place to meet and connect with international key players in the drama series industry. In 2024, the TV Beats Co-Financing Market dates are November 18–19, whereas all the Industry events run November 18–22.
TV Beats Co-Financing Market aims to present high-quality drama series projects with international sales and distribution potential. The Co-Financing Market gives the project presenters the opportunity to organise meetings with financiers, partners and broadcasters. In 2024, 8 drama series projects in development, looking for different kinds of partnerships, will be presented in the programme. Selection of prizes will be awarded for the best projects in the market.
The motivation to take part in the market activities takes a huge leap ahead as we are very please to present the Series Co-Production Development Award, worth €50,000, intended to foster creative collaborations in series co-production and empower independent producers. The award forms a part of the Pilot Programme for series co-productions, an initiative of the Council of Europe, and is open to independent producers from all Eurimages member states.

Eight projects seeking collaborative partnerships were carefully chosen for the pitching phase by the jury consisting of Anna Rohde, Beta Film, content editor, Emmanuel Eckert, Mediawan, deputy acquisitions director and Isabelle Hulten, executive producer.
Winners:
The jury selected the Estonian drama series project Behind the Iron Curtain as the most promising project, receiving a 3000 euro monetary prize.
The jury also decided to give a special mention to the Ukrainian project The Pride is Not Available in Your Region.
No Problemo Music award was handed out to a Lithuanian project Cold.

The winner of The most promising project will receive a 3000 euro monetary prize.
No Problemo Music award winner will receive a free, non-exclusive music license for tracks from the Audio Network library for her/his TV Production / series and its promotional materials without time, territory and use restrictions. No Problemo Music is the Polish sub-publisher, representing Audio Network in territories of Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine and the award will be given to a producer from this area.
Starting form 2023, TV Beats Co-Financing market joined forces with Seriencamp Conference, meaning that one of the participants will join the competition straight from Seriencamp Story Exchange! One of the finalists of TV Beats Co-Financing market 2023 will be awarded an opportunity to participate in the next Seriencamp Story Exchange.
