Here is a guide to how to navigate the events, watch films and arrange meetings both on-site and online.

WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH YOUR ACCREDITATION?

With Pro accreditation, you are welcome to attend all open industry events in person in Tallinn and/or online at industry.poff.ee (from 20 Nov). You can also watch films in cinemas, and selected works on the festival’s online platform for professionals at proscreen.poff.ee and arrange onsite and online meetings at INDUSTRY MEET.

With Student/Talent accreditation you can attend the open industry events in person in Tallinn and/or online at industry.poff.ee

With accreditation (Pro or Student/Talent), you are welcome to the morning swim sessions! Find out more from the lobby at Nordic Hotel Forum!

VIRTUAL INDUSTRY EVENTS

From 18 November, you can sign into industry.poff.ee with your Eventival account, check the full programme and add events to your calendar. Until then, please check the programme here.

Starting November 21, the selected open I@T&BE events will be available to watch at industry.poff.ee, after logging in with the Eventival account you used to apply for accreditation.

PROSCREEN

For online streaming of films I@T&BE uses a web platform exclusively reserved for film guests, industry professionals and accredited press - proscreen.poff.ee - which offers a digital streaming service for films in our programme. The hybrid festival is powered by Elisa Stage - a VoD platform with Studio Grade DRM, helping us to deliver an exceptional viewing experience. The platform will be open from 11 November.

ProScreen will be accessible using Your badge number.
Your badge number is {person.active_badge_barcode_text}.
You can also use the number on Your physical badge if you are attending onsite in Tallinn.

How to watch films on ProScreen:

  1. Go to proscreen.poff.ee
  2. Choose a channel according to Your accreditation type (Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event)
  3. Enter Your badge number or the code you received above.
  4. Browse and watch :)

Please note that not the whole festival programme will be available on ProScreen. All available films will become accessible online 3 hours after their cinema premiere. The standard availability is until November 27th 2022 23.59 CET, in some instances less.

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR SELECTED EVENTS

The program of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event is full of inspiring workshops, seminars and exciting trips. Some of those require pre-registration. Please check the events here and sign up to secure your spot.

MEETINGS PLANNING SYSTEM aka INDUSTRY MEET - manages both your ON-SITE and ONLINE meetings!

You can access our meetings planning platform at https://industrymeet.poff.ee/

LOGIN by using your Eventival account – the email address and password are the same on both platforms. Your account on the meeting platform is already created, using the information you have provided on the Eventival platform. Please look over your profile and adjust your info if necessary. Make sure you mark your availability on each day!

All the information about how to update your profile, request meetings, etc is on the DASHBOARD of the platform - so please just press the LOGIN button and follow the instructions there.

Your AGENDA with specific meeting times will be generated after the AI has done its matchmaking magic - first one this week, then daily, when the requests pile up! If ever your schedule does not match with the project / person you wish to meet, we hope you can find each other during our networking events in Tallinn!

You can request meetings with other Market Guests and Works in Progress projects.
