Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event

In 2021 Industry@Tallinn and Baltic Event will be celebrating its 20th edition and we are glad to invite you to join our birthday celebrations during the seven-day summit in Tallinn taking place on November 19-26. If for any reason you are not able to visit us in our beautiful city, you can join most of the events and meetings also online from wherever you are.

Attending Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event 2021

Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event 2021, as well as the Black Nights Film Festival, will be organised in line with the current safety rules for public events with an aim to minimise the spread of the coronavirus.

Most of the masterclasses, lectures and meetings will be held at the completely renovated conference centre at Nordic Hotel Forum. The venue is equipped with mobile virus control devices, and visitors could be offered a personal wearable air purifier from Respiray.

Starting from October 25, according to the rules of the Estonian Health Board it is obligatory to present an internationally recognised certificate of full vaccination or document proving recovery from COVID-19 within the past six months to attend public events and visit various locations including conference centres, cinemas, theatres, restaurants etc. The certificate of negative PCR-test is not valid. In Estonia, the EU digital COVID certificate can be downloaded at If you arrive to Estonia from abroad, please check with your local healthcare authorities how these certificates are organised. You can save the certificate (QR code) on your phone or print it out, and it is valid with upon presenting your ID.

Travelling to Estonia

As Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and Tallinn Black Nights its 25th, we will offer our guests the opportunity to make a voluntary birthday gift donation to our new Green Fund. Rather than introducing a carbon-offsetting surcharge, a voluntary donation of your choice will be put towards greening our hometown of Tallinn. Guests will receive more info when their accreditation is confirmed.

Industry PRO accreditation, reserved exclusively for film industry professionals, is closed.

Industry ONLINE will be open until November 26, 2021. In order to process your accreditation, please allow us a minimum of 48 hours. Your accreditation will only be approved upon receiving payment. In order to enjoy all that Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event has to offer, we strongly suggest applying for accreditation before the event.

Industry TALENT accreditation, reserved for talents and students interested in the film industry, is closed.

Everyone with accreditation will have access to our online programme of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event after the event. So, if you miss a workshop or a masterclass, you can conveniently catchup later.

If you have acquired PRO accreditation and are not able to attend, we will change the accreditation to ONLINE upon request.

Applying to accreditation

Please go to our online ACCREDITATION PAGE, log in to your Eventival account or create a new account and log in.

Follow the guidelines on the webpage, fill in any missing information, upload a recognisable forward–facing photo (min. 300×300 px).

To successfully apply for the accreditation, a filled-in Industry Guide “Who is Here” form is required.

You will be notified by e-mail about whether your accreditation has been granted or declined.

You will be able to pay by bank transfer or Credit Card.

We reserve the right to refuse any application that does not meet its criteria.

Accreditation is personal and non-transferable.

You will receive all the necessary login information to attend Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event programme online (and, if an Industry PRO, to watch all the films in competition programs) a few days prior to the event.
