Navigating the Industry

Navigating the industry of film and music is thrilling and at the same time, you can get lost within the variety of options. How to make the most of a connection when you feel that this is your chance: what to send, how to present and what are agencies, festivals and music supervisors looking for? For this in collaboration with Tier Music and Orchestral Tools, we are creating a navigation map, where we collect information about music and film festivals, conferences, competitions to attend, composer representative and sync agencies and music supervisors to contact, options for fundings etc. This will be your guide to take the next steps in your career and take you closer to your dreams to make them into a reality.
During the workshop the finalied map will be presented with further explanations why and how it was created. In addition, with the mentors the workshop participants get to analyze pitching texts and how to approach different company representatives to make the most of it.
