Volia Chajkouskaya is Belarus-born Estonia-based producer and director. She works in Allfilm production company. Volia obtained a Masters Degree in directing and producing documentary film in Baltic Film and Media School (Tallinn, Estonia). She is also a founder of Independent Belarusian Film Festival Northern Lights, online cinema VODBLISK and a co-founder of Belarusian Independent Film Academy.
