Scriptwriter and creative producer Valeria Richter writes, develops, coaches and consults on feature film/TV series projects, workshop/lab innovation and pitch coaching since 1997; she works for various funds, festivals and film institutes on project/talent selection and tailored labs. Valeria was part of starting TorinoFilmLab and has worked for NFTF, G'burg FF, Frontiéres Market, Focus Asia, YLE Svensk Drama and many more, building an extensive network internationally. She is head writer/creator of an 8x45 min. fiction TV series, Next of Kin (ELISA Viihde Original; premiering 2022) and took part in UGC Writers Campus 2021 at Series Mania. Together with Helene Granqvist, Nordic Factory Sweden, she has initiated New Nordic Narratives, a 360-degree lab concept to increase sustainable and diverse impact in the film & TV industry. She has an MA in film & media from Cph. Univ., is a graduate producer of the Danish Super16 collective, a member of EFA and the Danish Writers’ Guild.

Nordic Factory Copenhagen focuses on creative development of their own projects and select co-productions, stepping in as development producer, head writer or co-writer or organising project labs for writers' rooms etc. With Nordic Factory Sweden, we collaborate on various projects and pitch coaching, innovating lab concepts, mainly focusing on our joint New Nordic Narratives project, a 360-degree lab concept to increase sustainable and diverse impact in the film & TV industry.
