German/Italian Sophia Tamaro started working in the film industry as casting director Beatrice Kruger’s assistant in 2015. Through her work with Beatrice, who is also the founder of the casting platform e-TALENTA, Sophia met Andreas Dendorfer and Andreas Lademann, who created the German casting tool CASTFORWARD. The platforms merged in 2012 and Sophia has continued to be involved with e-TALENTA, being promoted to Online Marketing Editor in 2021.
