Sergei Serpuhov is a Latvian producer with almost 25 years of industry experience. Having worked in the UK film industry, Sergei returned to Latvia in the early 2000s, becoming one of the first producers to attract foreign productions to the country. In 2008, he founded Baltic Pine Films, focusing on production services, co-productions, and later producing its own IP. Among the company’s flagship projects are the family film "Tiger Martindale’s Survival Experts," a Latvian-British co-production supported by Eurimages and currently in pre-production, and the TV series "The Man Behind a Mask," in
development. Sergei has extensive experience in attracting Latvian cash rebates, national development and production funds, Creative Europe MEDIA, and Eurimages. He is a member of the Latvian Producers’ and Service Producers’ Associations and the European Film Academy.
