While chasing down a killer creature in a seaside village, a local policewoman uncovers something even more sinister.

In a quiet village by the Black Sea, local police officer Cosmina assists in investigating the suspicious death of a construction worker. The homicide unit quickly closes the case just as she connects the victim to a missing girl from a foster home. Haunted by her own sister's disappearance years ago, Cosmina decides to rebel against protocol and solve this case on her own. As more bodies appear, she is the only one who believes there's a mysterious humanoid creature lurking in the water.
