A young architect in Bucharest uncovers hidden tunnels under the old city and ancient conspiracies linked to the disappearance of officials, forcing her to choose between exposing sinister forces or joining them.

Bucharest. Little Paris, as it was known 100 years ago. Periodically shaken by devastating earthquakes, the city's built-up fund suffers major degrades. The historic buildings are in pre-collapse condition. Among the ruins of the interwar architecture she is passionate about, Mara - a young architect freshly employed at the city hall, discovers several buildings in excellent condition. When linking the mysterious disappearances of some officials to these rejuvenated buildings, the architect is revealed an occult conspiracy that has at its center a macabre secret.
