A family and a disparate group of visitors must fight for their lives to uncover the secrets of the
mysterious woodland hotel to which they've all traveled.

Family head Patrick and his family arrive at a very isolated hotel in the woods together with other visitors, giving the impression that everything is perfect. However, none of them suspect that the idyllic location offers not only one service – checkout – but also no possibility of leaving.
