Synopsis

After Isabel's death, Jaime is left in charge of Prince, the deceased's Afghan Hound. According to the will, Isabel's house cannot be sold until the young dog's death. But Isabel's son and granddaughter are unwilling to accept the conditions.

Federico Borgia is the director of three feature films: "Clever," which was selected for 25 festivals including Busan, Stockholm, Warsaw, and Chicago, and received awards at Havana, Ventana Sur, Cine Ceará (Best Film), and from the Uruguayan Critics Association (Best Uruguayan Film), among others; "The Champion of the World," selected for Krakow, Guadalajara, Málaga, and Biarritz, and winner at the BBC Longshots Film Festival. Both films were co-directed with Guillermo Madeiro. "Prince" is his first solo feature film.

Pancho Magnou Arnábal studied Sociology at the University of the Republic of Uruguay and has managed and designed various cultural programmes and research projects. He entered the audiovisual field through short films and has taken part in national and international courses and workshops. He has taught Executive Production at the Uruguayan Film School and coordinated the DocM Campus at DocMontevideo. In 2012, he founded Montelona, an arthouse film production company dedicated to nurturing a new generation of Uruguayan talent. His projects have screened and received awards at major international festivals such as Sundance, San Sebastián, Busan, Cannes, IDFA, BAFICI, Guadalajara, Warsaw, Havana, and Karlovy Vary, among others.
