Norma Velásquez is the president of the Peruvian Association of Film Producers (APCP). Holds a Master's in Film Industry Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's in Distribution and Business of the Audiovisual Industry from ECAM. Completed Advanced Studies in Executive Production, Cultural Management, and Film Festivals at EICTV, Cuba. She has worked on over 25 feature films. Currently, she is in advanced development and/or pre-production on co-productions between Peru, Spain, Argentina, and Mexico.
