TV Beats Forum, focusing on scripted series as part of Industry @ Tallinn & Baltic Event, presents eight European series projects to be pitched at the TV Beats Co-Financing Market. Five recently completed titles will be screened as part of the event.

The TV Beats Co-Financing Market, taking place for the fifth time in 2025, showcases exciting new drama series projects with international sales and distribution potential.

According to Petri Kemppinen and Roosa Toivonen, the co-heads of TV Beats Forum, this year’s selection offers a panorama of enriching storytelling from across Europe:

“Europe is an incredibly diverse tapestry of countries, cultures, languages and geopolitical history. Europe’s story is the story of borderlands in flux, of political systems under pressure, of generational rifts and ethical compromises. The eight drama series in development span genres, geographies, and different voices, to give us glimpses of who we were, are or might become in an era of rapid change. From crime to comedy, from historical reckonings to family sagas, these stories open windows into Europe’s contested past and precarious present.”
