TV Beats Co-Financing market showcases eight newly developed series projects

TV Beats Forum, the drama-series oriented strand of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event presents eight European series projects as part of the TV Beats Co-Financing market.

TV Beats Forum showcases series projects with international sales and distribution potential development for the third time already. The presenters will have the opportunity to organize meetings with financiers, partners and broadcasters.

Jevgeni Supin, the TV Beats Co-Financing Market Manager commented: “This year's selection at the TV Beats Co-Financing Market brought forth a range of projects. The goal was to curate a well-balanced line-up for a diverse audience, considering both quality and cultural diversity. Though challenging, the selection process is proof of a promising talent and innovative storytelling in the industry.”

The eight projects, that have an opportunity to present the project in Tallinn on 13-14 November 2023, were selected by an international jury, including Content Editor at Beta Film Group Anna Rohde, Deputy Acquisitions Director at Mediawan Emmanuel Eckert and Executive Producer Isabelle Hulten, renowned for projects such as Billy the Kid, The Swarm, Who Shot Otto Mueller, and Rebus.

After the pitches, the jury will select the most promising project, which will receive a 3000 euro monetary prize. The winner of the No Problemo Music award will receive a free, non-exclusive music license for tracks from the Audio Network library for her/his TV Production/series and its promotional materials without time, territory and use restrictions. No Problemo Music is the Polish sub-publisher representing Audio Network in territories of Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine and the award will be given to a producer from this area. The collaboration between TV Beats Co-Financing market and Seriencamp will allow one of the finalists to participate in the Seriencamp Story Exchange.
