In just a few days, the 20th edition of Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event (I@T&BE) takes off and we welcome you to join a packed programme in Tallinn and also online. Here is a virtual and on-site guide to how to navigate the events, watch films and arrange meetings.

What can you do with your accreditation?

How to get the most out of the programme:

To find attending people, please head to the MEET and use the search and filtering button (above search) to narrow things down.

Virtual industry events

From November 16, you can sign into industry.poff.ee with your Eventival account, check the full programme and add events to your calendar. Until then, please check the programme here.

Starting November 19, almost all open I@T&BE events will be available to watch at industry.poff.ee, after logging in with the Eventival account you used to apply for accreditation.

How to watch industry events online:

Films online

For online streaming of films we use a web platform exclusively reserved for film guests, industry professionals and accredited press - proscreen.poff.ee. ProScreen is powered by Elisa Stage - a VoD platform with Studio Grade DRM, helping us to deliver an exceptional viewing experience.
ProScreen will be accessible using your badge number, which was sent to you in an email with the subject: Virtual Instructions for professionals 2021 for Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event. You can also use the number on your physical badge if you are attending onsite in Tallinn. The platform will be open from November 16.

How to watch films on ProScreen:

  1. Go to proscreen.poff.ee
  2. Choose a channel according to your accreditation type.
  3. Enter your badge number or the code you received via email.
  4. Browse and watch!

If you have any questions related to using ProScreen, feel free to send your questions to hybridevents@poff.ee or festivalassistant@poff.ee.

Some films are available on ProScreen immediately, but others, including competition films, will be available around 3 hours after their first screening in the cinema. Please note that the full programme is not available online, as the availability of the films depends on individual filmmakers deciding what to make available to professionals. Availability may differ for press and industry accreditation holders. The standard availability of films is until the 28th of November, but in some instances may be less.

Meetings

For both online and onsite meetings please access worksup.com/industrymeet. We will send you an email invitation on November 17.
