The Black Nights Film Festival and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event have jointly set up a unique platform - Creative Gate - for international filmmakers, introducing locations, industry professionals and talents from Estonia.

As Tiina Lokk, the director of the Black Nights Film Festival, points out, the Creative Gate is a valuable tool for all film professionals. It offers a reliable overview and contact of services the Estonia film industry has to offer. “In recent years, the Estonian film industry has witnessed a significant surge in interest, with a growing number of foreign productions expressing their desire to come to Estonia. Creative Gate aims to simplify and assist in connecting Estonian companies with those who wish to carry out their projects in Estonia."

Creative Gate serves as a comprehensive hub, bringing together information on talents, production, location, casting, and many other companies, in addition to projects. “The platform not only acts as a vast network for Estonian companies but also serves as a gateway to the international market. For international projects, it is an excellent place to find collaboration partners,” Lokk adds.

Creative Gate is currently in the development stage. The next phases will be available in November during the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
