Over the years, Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event has turned into a hybrid event which means selected panels, lectures, and discussions are streamed and available to accredited guests at industry.poff.ee also after the event.

For December we selected five sessions that are available for everyone, no accreditation is needed. Check the sessions below!

Catalonia in Focus: A Leading Hub for International Co-Production
This session presented the strength and dynamism of the Catalan audiovisual ecosystem, one of the most vibrant hubs in Southern Europe. Discover the opportunities for international co-productions, the diversity and quality of filming locations and services, and the funding schemes and market strategies that make Catalonia a competitive and attractive player in the global audiovisual landscape.

Austrian Funding Landscape
Austria is a small yet vibrant film country with a dynamic and productive film landscape where 60% of all theatrical films are international co-productions. The session introduced funding systems for theatrical and TV productions, including both national and regional funds.

Filming in Ukraine 2026 During Wartime
The Head of the Ukrainian State Film Agency and the Head of the Association of Regional Film Commissions of Ukraine outlined the realities of filming during wartime and shared details on the upcoming co-production support competition, including the 2026 funding allocation. They also provided updated information on regional filming opportunities, safety protocols, permit procedures, and access to locations.
