Mina Dale, a Norwegian actor, who began performing with a local youth theatre group in her native Norway at a young age and has since continued working across stage and screen. In 2021, she graduated from Greåker High School, having completed the Music, Dance & Drama programme. This fall, Mina co-stars in The Cycle of Love, directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Orlando von Einsiedel. Mina's first television role was at the age of 16 in the international fantasy drama Heirs of the Night, which was nominated for an International Emmy Award in 2021. Since then, she has appeared in a range of Norwegian productions, including the HBO Max series Everything You Love. The series won the Student Award for Best Short Form Series at Canneseries in 2022. She also played the lead role in the feature film Fuckings Bygda, which was filmed in just eleven days and later being released on NRK and HBO Max. She appeared in Requiem for Selina, and season two of the NRK drama series LIS, for which she researched the role of an ambulance worker. Alongside her screen work, Mina continues to perform on stage, including the role of Jenny in Oslo Vanker at The Norwegian Theatre in 2025. She works as a voice actor, including voicing Irma in Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In 2026, she wrote and directed the short film MAMMA as part of a director development programme for young women.
