Milena graduated from the Film Academy in Belgrade, specialising in film, TV, theatre, and radio production. Since 2007, she has worked in various film production roles on both domestic and international projects. Her professional development includes the Sarajevo Talent Campus, Sarajevo City of Film (producing two short films), EAVE Graduate 2014, EURODOC 2017, and the EAVE Marketing Workshop 2024.

In 2016, she founded Film Road Production to develop local stories with international appeal. She also provides producing, executive production, and line producing services to other production companies. Milena is the producer of the second season of the regionally acclaimed TV series “Besa.” Her latest venture, “Wool,” represents her vision as both creator and producer.
