Mete Sasioglu is a producer based in Helsinki, Finland. His production company Sons of Lumière produces fiction and documentary films and series, focusing on bold and original storytelling, with an emphasis on new voices and underrepresented perspectives. Mete’s recent productions include Sámi filmmaker Marja Helander’s film In My Hand (2025), which won the Tromsø Palm for Best Short Film at the Tromsø International Film Festival, as well as six other awards worldwide.
