Kristiina Alliksaar is the Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture from August 1, 2023. Before joining the Ministry of Culture, he managed the Vanemuine Theater and the Ugala Theater from 2014 to 2019.

Kristiina Alliksaar has obtained a master's degree in change management at the University of Tartu and cultural organization at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.
