Johannes Magnus Aule is an Estonian writer-director and Head of Development at Allfilm. Trained in production at BFM and directing at the NFTS, his graduation film was shortlisted for the Student BAFTA, and his films have screened at Oscar-qualifying festivals. His first feature, Memories of Mommy and Daddy, is an absurdist dark comedy backed by the Hungarian Film Institute, a Hungarian-Irish-Estonian co-production.
