Janey van Ierland built a versatile career in the Dutch film industry, spanning talent management, content acquisition, marketing, distribution, and production. In 2008, she founded one of the leading Benelux talent agencies and launched the international careers of many actors and directors. In 2020, she joined Netflix as its first local content executive for Benelux, later expanding to the Nordics. She has since founded Janey Agency, and now works as a talent agent, producer and consultant.
