Jan Maxa started out in business consulting and IT, and in 2000, he founded and sold a dotcom business. In 2006, he shifted to the film and TV industry, where he set up development processes at TV Nova and later worked as Content Development Director across various countries for the CME Group. Now, he's Content Development Director at Czech TV, overseeing a team of over 20 producers and 500+ projects, focusing on getting the most out of content and business collaboration.
