Ivo Skanstiņš is a Latvian writer, director and cinematographer debuting with feature The Gravegiven. A Latvian National Film School graduate, he shot the series Asistente and Slice of Paradise, both nominated at the Latvian National Film Awards and the documentary Nord Express. He directed and shot short film The Hunting Day, which won Best Student Film at Bucharest ShortCut CineFest, Short Stop and Feel the Reel.
