I am a film director, screenwriter, and arts educator based in Helsinki.
As a filmmaker, I direct auteur fiction and TV series, with work selected for festivals like Venice, Cannes Critics' Week, Berlinale, SXSW and Rotterdam. Working actively in the field keeps my teaching practical and grounded. I lecture in film directing, dramaturgy and acting for camera at University level (Aalto University, Tampere Uni and other). I also supervise thesis projects and run workshops for lifelong learning.
