Franz Malmsten is an Estonian actor and director who has already made his mark in film and television. He studied film acting in London, then turned to directing and graduated from the Baltic Film and Media School. He has directed two seasons of the comedy series “Alo” and, in 2026, “Viimasel piiril”, a Nordic crime drama and the first series entirely his own. Franz is currently writing his debut feature film “Kodutee” with Martin Algus, produced by Apollo Productions.
