Florian Gallenberger (born 1972 in Munich) is an Oscar-winning German filmmaker. After studying at the University of Television and Film Munich, he gained acclaim for “Quiero Ser” (2000). His works include “John Rabe,” “Colonia Dignidad,” “Grüner wird’s nicht,” and “Es ist nur eine Phase, Hase.” Since 2022, he has co-led the German Film Academy.
