The Big Thing about the Little Things' by Production Designer Kave Quinn

"The Big Thing about the Little Things” explores how details of the production design carry the story and dramaturgy of a feature film while serving as a powerful tool for character development. Production Designer Kave Quinn shares her experience and knowledge gained from her previous work on a variety of stylistically and thematically diverse feature films. 
These include "Emma" (2020), a medium-budget period feature film set on location; "Catherine Called Birdy" (2022), a lower-budget period feature film featuring both location shooting and set builds; and "Pistol" (2022), a TV miniseries encompassing multiple sets and locations. Her extensive portfolio as a Production Designer also comprises acclaimed films such as "Trainspotting" (1996), "Judy" (2019), "Diana" (2013), "Layer Cake" (2004), and many more.
