Entrepreneurial Strategy for Film Producers – Online and In-Person Workshops at Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event

Want to be more strategic about your next film project to maxmise its chance for success? Want to learn relevant insights for film production from successful entrepreneurs? If yes - join us in October (online) and November in person at Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event during the Black Nights Film Festival. Our workshops are designed to increase your projects chance of success by framing and focusing on your path to success.

The online session consists of 6 practical exercises to elaborate a strategy plan for your production, identify key assumptions and validate them quickly. Each exercise will include a short introduction of 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes for you to apply the tools to your project and 10 minutes for discussion and peer feedback. You will therefore be working most of the day on your own project in a supportive and structured environment while also helping fellow producers hone their plans for success.

2023 participants confirmed they benefited significantly from stress testing their core assumptions and elaborating a clear and coherent strategy for their film’s production.
