Esther is Managing Director of the International Screen Institute, a European training provider for the film-, tv- and media- industry. She has developed and managed ProPro – The Producers Programme for Women. Esther is committed to the professionalisation of the film industry and the facilitation of networking and collaboration opportunities, and has been active in the fields of funding, training, professional development and networking.
