David Raffier has been working with the MEDIA Programme since 2000. He joined the Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in 2006. As team leader of the MEDIA - Content sector at EACEA, he is supervising the teams that are managing the Development and TV/online support schemes. These schemes provide financial support to European independent audiovisual production companies through subsidies to co-finance the development costs of audiovisual projects (‘European slate development’, ‘European mini-slate development’, ‘European Co-development’) as well as subsidies to co-finance the production of TV/online works (‘TV and online content’).
