
Daniela Esposito (b. 1995, London) graduated in Law in 2018 and worked for the UK government investigating the contaminated blood scandal. In 2023, she completed a one-year Screenwriting course at FAMU, co-writing "Žebra“ (2Annas Festival, Riga) and "The Care You Give“ (Lift-Off Festival, Tokyo). That year, she joined MIDPOINT’s Writers’ Room, and her series concept co-written with Melita was shortlisted for the NEM Contest in Zagreb. In 2024, her short "The
World Is Too Much with Us“ (dir. Esben Sloth) received the London Help to Roll Film Fund and Filmværkstedet support. Daniela’s short fiction has appeared in literary journals; she was longlisted for the 2024 Desperate Literature Prize and is developing a collection with The Literary Consultancy.
