Birkir Blær Ingólfsson is ACT4's head of Development, creator and executive producer. He served as Creator, Showrunner and Executive producer for Death of a Horse. He is a co-creator of the series Reykjavík Fusion. Multi-awarded and known as the writer of TV series Thin Ice and creator and writer of The Minister I & II. His debut novel Stormsker received the Icelandic Children's Book Prize.
