Anne Schultka has been project manager at KIDS Regio since 2018, and joined the board of the German Children's Film Association in 2022. In cooperation with the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf, she published the research report "Children in Film Culture" in 2021. Since 2023 she's also heading the industry programme of the German Children's Media Festival Golden Sparrow. Anne holds an MA in Media Management and a BA in Intercultural Studies, Psychology and Economics.
