Anastasiya Volkova is a cultural manager, screenwriter, and currently Head of the Arts Programmes Department at the Ukrainian Institute in Kyiv. She also writes auto/docufiction about Crimea, exploring questions of memory, identity, and displacement and consults for the Council of Europe on initiatives related to human rights and the protection of national minorities.
