Agnieszka Wasiak is a co-founder and producer at Lava Films production company in Poland. She graduated from Lodz Film School production department. She is Berlinale Talent Campus graduate, EAVE Producers Workshop alumni and ACE Producers member. She completed numerous programs incl. courses at Erich Pommer Institut, Sources2, EP2C (current A Post Lab), Doc Lab Poland. For her production, EFA nominated documentary 21 x New York (dir. Piotr Stasik) she received the award for Best Producer at Krakow Film Festival 2016. Films she produced premiered at A list festivals, eg. Małgośka Szumowska’s Never Gonna Snow Again ( Main Competition at Venice Film Festival 2020) Aga Woszczyńska’s debut feature Silent Land (Platform section of TIFF 2021). She continues to produce features as well as develops TV series. Aga is a member of Polish and European Film Academy
