
Here you will find our meeting platform rules and regulations for Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event 2025.
You can request meetings either ahead of time online or after the pitches in Tallinn. Please find a suitable option for yourself, but keep in mind that earlier meeting requests will be prioritised.
Please ensure your availability is set correctly before making or receiving requests. We take your availability into account when scheduling meetings. All times are in the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event timezone (EET/GMT+2).
Meeting requests must be made through our official website or forms.poff.ee in advance.
Film Market: Requests will be open for Film Market day one (20th of November) and day two (21st of November).
Series Market: Requests will be open for one day (18th of November)
All meeting requests are one-sided, meaning participants can send a request but cannot directly accept or decline. However, meetings can be cancelled if necessary.
During the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event you may request meetings onsite depending on the projects' availability.
Meeting requests can be made right after pitches and during 1-to-1 meetings with the following schedule:
17th of November- requests can be made after Series Market pitches' in the Apollo Kino Plaza 1.lukssaal (Hobujaama tn 5, 10151 Tallinn) from 11:45 to 13:15 and 14:00 to 15:45.
18th of November - requests can be made before and during Series Market 1-to-1 meetings in front of the Nordic Hotel Forum Sirius hall (Viru väljak 3, 10111 Tallinn) from 9:30 to 18:00.
19th of November - requests can be made after the Co-Production Market pitches in Kino Sõprus (Vana-Posti tn 8, 10146 Tallinn) from 16:30 to 18:45 and from 19:15 to 20:30.
20th of November - requests can be made before and during Film Market 1-to-1 meetings in front of the Nordic Hotel Forum Sirius hall (Viru väljak 3, 10111 Tallinn) from 9:30 to 16:30. NB! The Works in Progress pitches will be held in Apollo Kino Plaza, but meetings can only be requested onsite in Nordic Hotel Forum.
21st of November - requests can be made before and during Film Market 1-to-1 meetings in front of the Nordic Hotel Forum Sirius hall (Viru väljak 3, 10111 Tallinn) from 9:30 to 16:30.
Online meeting options are available daily for online accreditation holders and when pre-requested for onsite accreditations.
All online meetings will be held on the Whereby platform.
If one participant in a meeting is online, the meeting will automatically take place both online and onsite. The link to the meeting room will be provided via email.
For projects we will send 1 (one) project representative the access to request meetings. If you're having issues with this or would like to request to change to project representative with access, please contact your Project Manager.*
Instructions for making meeting requests are the same as other participants and further details will be forwarded via email.
*Projects may also request meetings via their Project Manager, within the same request window as other participants.
Please be respectful and professional. Engagement, punctuality, and courtesy are expected from all participants.
There is a possibility to cancel meetings within reason, but do not cancel meetings without a valid reason. Anyone that abuses this system will be penalised.
All meeting confirmations will be sent via email from the platform. There is an opportunity to also view all of your scheduled meetings in forms.poff.ee.
The initiator’s request takes priority in one-sided meeting requests.
Industry PRO accreditation holders are prioritised over Student / Talent accreditation holders in meeting scheduling. Requests from student or talent participants will be scheduled as availability allows.
