Here you will find our meeting platform rules and regulations for Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event 2026.

You can request meetings either ahead of time online or after the pitches onsite in Tallinn. Please find a suitable option for yourself, but keep in mind that earlier meeting requests will be prioritised.

Setting your availability

Please ensure your availability is set correctly before making or receiving requests. We take your availability into account when scheduling meetings. All times are in the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event timezone (EET/GMT+2).

Meeting Requests Ahead of Time

Meeting requests must be made through our official website or pro.poff.ee in advance.
Film Market: Meetings will be held for Film Market on two days: day one (19th of November) and day two (20th of November).
Series Market: Meetings will be held on one day (17th of November)

Received Meeting Requests

All meeting requests are one-sided, meaning participants can send a request but cannot directly accept or decline. Currently it is not possible to view received meeting requests directly on the Meeting Platform, but these will be forwarded to you by email ahead of the online requests closing deadline.

Onsite Meeting Requests

During the Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event you may request meetings onsite depending on the projects' availability.
Meeting requests can be made right after pitches and during 1-to-1 meetings with the following schedule:

• 16th of November-requests can be made after Series Market pitches on the second floor of Nordic Hotel Forum from 10:00 to 12:00.
• 17th of November- requests can be made before and during Series Market 1-to-1 meetings on the second floor of Nordic Hotel Forum from 9:00 to 17:00
• 18th of November - requests can be made after the Script Pool and Co-Production Market pitches on the second floor of Nordic Hotel Forum from 15:00 to 18:30.
• 19th of November - requests can be made after the European Genre Forum and Works in Progress pitches on the second floor of Apollo Plaza from 9:30 to 15:00.
• 19th of November - requests can be made before and during Film Market 1-to-1 meetings on the second floor of Nordic Hotel Forum from 10:00 to 18:00
• 20th of November - requests can be made before and during Film Market 1-to-1 meetings on the second floor of Nordic Hotel Forum from 9:00 to 16:00.

Online Meetings

Online meeting options are available daily for online accreditation holders and when pre-requested.
If one participant in a meeting is online, the meeting will automatically take place both online and onsite.

Meeting requests for Projects' representatives

For projects we will send 1 (one) project representative the access to request meetings. If you're having issues with this or would like to request to change to project representative with access, please contact your Project Manager.
Instructions for making meeting requests are the same as other participants and further details will be forwarded via email.

Conduct & Etiquette

Please be respectful and professional. Engagement, punctuality, and courtesy are expected from all participants.
There is a possibility to cancel meetings within reason, but do not cancel meetings without a valid reason. Anyone that abuses this system will be penalised.
All meeting confirmations will be sent via email from the platform. There is an opportunity to also view all of your scheduled meetings in pro.poff.ee.

Priorities & Access

The initiator’s request takes priority in one-sided meeting requests.
Industry PRO accreditation holders are prioritised over Student / Talent accreditation holders in meeting scheduling. Requests from Student / Talent participants will be scheduled as availability allows.
