Eva Sigurdardottir is a BAFTA-nominated and Icelandic Academy Award-winning writer, director, producer, based between London and Reykjavik.

Her credits include 13 short films and documentaries as well as production credits on feature films including Rams (line producer, 2015), And Breathe Normally (line producer, 2018) and The Deposit (producer, 2019).

Eva’s directorial debut short film Rainbow Party was the London Calling Award winner in 2015 as well as a winner of 12 festival awards and the Icelandic Academy Award winner in 2016. Her second short film as director CUT was funded by the Icelandic Film Centre, ShortsTV and Erasmus+, it was Special Mention for Screenwriting and Nominated for Best Acting, Directing and The XX award at Underwire Film Festival. Her latest directorial project Fractures is an 8-part TV drama due to air in 2022, which she also co-created and co-produced.
